his one gram 24 karat pure [9.999 fine] gold bar was produced by the Istanbul Gold Refinery and bears imagery which evokes the conflict between the stock market and gold. While many economists disparage gold as an asset class largely because it does not return dividends, gold stackers see the precious metal as insurance, the traditional "hedge against inflation." With talk of "transitory inflation" now gripping the U.S. Stock Market, this one gram "Bulls Vs. Bears" gold bar captures a period in history that will one day make this little bar a genuine conversation piece. The gold bar is secured in Tamper Evident Packaging that has several security measures designed to help combat counterfeiting. The TEP card has the assayer's signature along with the company IGR logo. On the reverse are security measures, including a hologram and invisible-to-the-naked-eye markings. The visible security marks appear when the TEP is exposed to UV light source.
